Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Facāde purchase, but we understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary. All sales are final, but if you accidentally chose the wrong size, you can exchange your item within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s unworn, in its original condition, and with proof of purchase. If your requested size is available, we’ll send it to you. If the size is no longer in stock, you will need to keep the original item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
